Scriptures on the walls

It’s hard to believe Michael and I have been living here on the ranch for a month now! We’ve moved into our little casita and have made it into a cozy home. I am delighting in being here and in my new home on this healing and very peaceful ranch. I can’t imagine leaving.

Some of you know what a special miracle that is for me, personally. Frankly, I was not AT ALL sure I was ready to live in Mexico. God has been so gracious to me and I actually feel like it is a wee bit of heaven here.

I know there will be trials. We’re still struggling to correct some roof leaks, and our brand new septic tank line overflowed this week. What a gross mess! I can never say enough about Michael! Nothing deters him. He attacked the problem and found a plastic bottle clogging the line! I know, right? A plastic bottle! Construction issues. Well, obviously, this one got away from them! It was all fixable and after lots of bleach and bathing Michael came through it for the better! No, he wasn’t bleached himself, just his clothes and shoes.

Did I say just how grateful I am for that man? Please continue to keep us in prayer for a FINAL solution to our roof leaks. Meanwhile, Thank You Jesus, our new architect is doing an amazing job on Casita No 2. He and his work crew are ahead of schedule. We are so pleased with the design and progress of this next house, “Martita’s House,” where the first of our girls will live.

I have begun to write scriptures on the bare walls like;
Psalm 91:1; He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Salmo 91:1; El que habita al abrigo del Altísimo morará bajo la sombra del Omnipotente

If a scripture is impressed upon you to add please let us know.
Better yet, come on down and write it on the walls and doorposts yourselves before the plaster goes up.

We will be coming to California and Seattle for our youngest daughter, Riley’s graduation from Seattle Pacific University. We are so proud of that hard-working young lady. She is graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology with minors in Chemistry and Bioethics. Keep her in your prayers please. She’s heading toward medical school if the Lord grants her His favor. Actually, her young years spent in Chiapas on the orphanage impressed on her to become a doctor. She wanted to contribute in a tangible way to the kiddos. Who knows what the Lord has in store?

Thank you for your prayers, your love and your generous support to see this next casita be finished. The Lord is faithful to finish that which He has begun.
This is ALL HIS!

Please continue to pray for the girls that the Lord wants to bring here to fill that house. We know He already has them chosen. Continue to pray also for His chosen staff to be on this property to be part of the girls' healing and growth.

Also pray for favor as we are applying for a Visa for Reina to bring her to the United States to introduce her to all of you faithful supporters of Reina’s Hope and to many new folks. We can’t wait for you all to meet our precious Reina in person.

May the Lord bless you all abundantly and keep you in His perfect PEACE!
